Mara Stoneware
Unglazed white clay, hand built in Castlemaine, and finished by nobody but the person who made it.

Made slowly
Every piece begins in the hands of an Australian maker. We commission in small batches, usually twenty pieces or fewer, and we wait as long as the work takes.

Four pieces, this season

European flax, stonewashed for softness, woven in a mill that has not changed its looms since 1974.
$220
Salvaged solid oak, hand shaped and rubbed with nothing but oil. It ages rather than dates.
$95
Mouth blown from recycled glass, so no two carry the same ripple through the shoulder.
$110
When a piece sells out, it returns only when its maker is ready.
We would rather run out than make more than we can stand behind.
Collected since 2021
"Every piece feels like it was already loved before it reached our shelf."

The showroom is small and rarely busy, which is the point.
