What exactly does $999 include?
A complete website: bespoke design in one of our seven directions, copy written from your real story and reviews, your photos treated properly, menus or services, hours, maps, contact forms and click-to-call, polished on every screen, live on the internet. Bigger builds with extra pages or systems are quoted as add-ons.
What if it's close, but I want changes?
Tell us what to change and we'll polish it. Reasonable revision rounds are part of the deal, before you've paid anything. You only pay when it feels like yours.
Is $999 really the whole price?
Yes. $999 AUD once for the build, then a monthly plan from $49 AUD to keep it running. No setup fees, no surprise extras, and add-ons are always quoted before any work starts.
What's the difference between the two monthly plans?
Essentials ($49 AUD a month) keeps your site live and safe: hosting, SSL, your domain, security updates, and fixes if anything breaks. Growth ($99 AUD a month) adds monthly content updates, priority fixes and a monthly SEO pass, so the site keeps improving instead of just existing. You can switch between them anytime.
Can I use my existing domain and email?
Yes. We connect the domain you already own, and your email is never touched. If you don't have a domain yet, we help you buy one in your own name.
What if I want to leave?
Hosting is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Your domain and your content are yours, and we hand everything over. No lock-in, no hostage-taking.
I already have a website. Does this still work?
Yes. We rebuild it properly and show you the new version live, next to your old one. Same deal: love it and it's $999, otherwise you owe nothing and keep what you have.
How can you build my site before I've sent you anything?
From what's already public: your Google listing, reviews, photos and social pages. Nothing private, nothing invented. If we've built something for your business and you'd rather it didn't exist, one message takes it down.
